1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:

Owner: Viktor Kisman (sole proprietorship). We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. For all privacy questions, contact us at contact@tradingbro.info.

This website is operated from Paraguay. We have no establishment in the European Union or the United Kingdom. This policy is provided in English.

2. What this website does not do

• No analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks, no social media plugins and no tracking pixels.
• The website itself sets no cookies and does not use local storage for tracking.
• No contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts.
• Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain. The only third-party content is the embedded YouTube player described in section 5a.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the Cloudflare network by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare necessarily processes connection data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, browser and device information (user agent) and the referring page, in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework). If a security check is triggered, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance); this is not used for tracking.

Legal basis (where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies): our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a short period according to its own retention rules; we do not combine them with other data.

4. Email

If you write to contact@tradingbro.info, your email is received by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., address above) and forwarded to an inbox operated by AgentMail, Inc., 2261 Market St, STE 85434, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Both act as our processors. We process your email address, the content of your message and any data you choose to share, only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the message once your request has been handled, unless legal retention obligations require us to keep it longer.

5. External links and affiliate links

This website links to external websites, including RoboForex and CopyFX, Myfxbook, MQL5, Discord, X, YouTube and Telegram. Links to RoboForex contain our partner code ckgq (affiliate links) and are labelled on the page. We do not track your clicks. When you click an external link, the respective operator receives your data under its own privacy policy, which we have no influence on. Please read their privacy policies before you open an account or share data with them.

5a. Embedded YouTube player

The home page embeds a YouTube player in the "Watch live" section so that my livestream appears there automatically. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player loads automatically when you scroll near that section. Your browser then connects to Google's servers, and Google receives at least your IP address, browser and device information and the page you came from. According to Google, privacy-enhanced mode does not use viewing activity to personalise ads, but Google may still store data in your browser (cookies or local storage) and process data, in particular once you start playback or click within the player. Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have no influence on this processing. 6. International data transfers

We are located in Paraguay, which has no EU adequacy decision, and our processors are located in the USA. Transfers to Cloudflare are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum. Transfers to AgentMail are based on its terms for processing data on our behalf. Data you send us by email is processed in Paraguay and the USA.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: emails until your request has been handled (plus any legal retention period); connection data according to Cloudflare's short-term log retention.

8. Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling by us (Art. 22). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement took place.

9. Information for U.S. residents

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information; you can exercise these rights by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We may update this policy when the website or the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
